Position Highlights :

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and accessible.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive tools, techniques, and strategies to promote independence in daily activities.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to create strategies that support client development and progress.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal-setting and treatment planning for school-based clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities in areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
