School-Based Occupational Therapist - Full-Time
Immediate Start Date
Caseload : K-8 Students
Schedule : Up to 37.5 hours per week (Guaranteed Hours)
Clarifi is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized therapy services that empower students with diverse needs. In this role, you will partner with educators, parents, and school teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, establishing therapy objectives, and addressing key areas such as sensory integration, fine motor coordination, visual-motor skills, and daily living activities. You will track student progress, contribute to IEP discussions, and stay up to date with advancements in occupational therapy. This position is focused on enhancing student independence, facilitating meaningful participation in school activities, and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
Core Duties :
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress.
- Recommend assistive tools and environmental modifications to improve student engagement.
- Deliver specialized therapy sessions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and families, providing expertise during IEP meetings and strategy planning.
- Perform in-depth assessments of students' motor, sensory, and cognitive abilities to design tailored intervention plans.
