Once a part of the team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, maintaining accurate and confidential records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress. Deliver therapy sessions using culturally appropriate methods and create individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs, supporting students' academic and social growth. Provide training for school staff and parents on strategies to foster speech and language development.

Requirements
A Master’s Degree in a communication disorder-related field is required for this role, along with an active Speech Pathology license in Ohio. While ASHA certification is not mandatory, it is highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
