What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Clarify Capital?
Your primary responsibility as an Inside Sales Representative is to speak with business owners nationwide, educate them on our business financing offerings and build a substantial book of business. You will be responsible for completing the entire sales cycle. This includes everything from the initial phone call, submitting deals to lenders, negotiating terms and ultimately funding the client. You will leverage an advanced suite of sales tools including Salesforce, Five9, Slack, Twilio and more. Clarify Capital provides inbound, warm leads for Sales Representatives.
This role is a great fit for someone looking for an opportunity to establish a career in sales. The first 6 - 9 months will consist of working with your assigned manager and learning the sales cycle and process. After graduating from that role, you will be expected to run your own sales desk and start to build and foster your own book of business.
Over the last year, Clarify Capital has taken major steps forward in creating an amazing work environment. We recently moved into a beautiful new office in the Flatiron area of NYC. We have also made significant investments in technology in order to make the sales and lead generation process more efficient.

This job is NOT a remote role. Our office culture is an integral part of what makes us who we are. We enjoy having our employees in the office to create an energetic and motivating work environment that makes us successful. Hours are 9am - 6pm Mon-Thurs and 9am - 5pm on Friday.
