Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Associate at ClariMed, you will be responsible for owning the entire participant recruitment process. You will manage communications with clients and usability study participants. On occasion, you may facilitate usability testing and coordinate on-site participants. You will coordinate with office staff and assist with maintaining records, schedules, documents, logs, files and financial transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor ad campaigns to recruit participants
- Assist with outreach to potential study participants
- Assist with social media presence for ClariMed
- Prepare participant screeners based on client inputs
- Lead participant recruitment efforts to support usability testing
- Manage usability study participants, including outreach, screening, scheduling, and coordinating
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials to prospective usability study participants
- Develop and maintain in-house recruitment databases
- As needed, facilitate usability testing and coordinate on-site participants
- Manage promotion of webinars and ClariMed events online
- Manage public-facing email accounts and triaging requests from prospective clients
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required.
- Some experience in posting advertisements to Facebook and various social media sites.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Aptitude for working with Google Suite, Adobe PDF, and expense software
- Familiarity in troubleshooting software issues is a major plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable talking with people of all levels (e.g. CEOs, prominent physicians, etc.)
- Experience with Google forms, sheets, documents preferred
- Experience using software that exports Excel files (e.g. MyHours)
- Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and duties
- Ability to analyze and synthesize large quantities of information into usable communications
- Ability to interface with customers in a highly professional manner
- Strong teamwork skills
- Occasional option for remote or hybrid work
