We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Travel Retail Americas.Main ResponsibilitiesMission 1 : Marketing, Launches & Promotional ActivitiesAdapt Marketing Calendars per retailer based defined market strategiesDefine the proper level of investment or attention behind each launchPrepare Marketing presentation (Power point) every seasonCoordinate the development / creation of the promotions (GWPs and specific promotional animations) : SMR.Define and develop collateral material according to marketing plans and needs. Work closely with other departments to ensure a full 360-degree support of any launch : Digital, Merchandising, Training etc.Manage digital assets for digital platforms and e-retailers.Mission 2 : Forecasting & OrderingReview monthly Basic& Promo stock levels vs sales and define action plan to maintain a healthy inventory level.Monthly stock analysis and quarterly discontinuation lists update for internal stakeholders.Mission 3 : Reporting & Data Management : Regular monitoring of novelties' performance.Prepare monthly report on launch performance with pictures and results.Quarterly preparation of pre and post campaign analysis.Analyze product behavior quarterly to review product performance.Analyze consumer trends and competitive landscape.Mission 4 : Special EventsAttend and present at sales cycles and seminarsEducation / Degree or equivalent : Marketing Degree / Relevant beauty industry experience in marketingSoft and Leadership Skills : Strong interpersonal skillAnenergetic, resourceful action-oriented individualTechnical Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel and Power point skillsLanguages : English and SpanishIf you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
