The role:

The Communications Coordinator will support the Communications Senior Manager in executing the Clarins communications strategy. They will play a critical part in supporting organic community growth through relationship building, events and gifting.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where digital presence to reach our target audience via partnerships is critical, the Communications Coordinator plays a role in the management of Clarins’ communications tactical execution from an organic standpoint; by focusing on building brand resonance and relevance through critical relationships, events, gifting, placements, and partnerships within the influencer and press community.

• Support organic community growth, identification, and relationships through contact management, eventing, gifting, and access.
• Coordinate unpaid media integrations and organic sponsorship opportunities.
• Monitor and share campaign results in tandem with recaps including benchmarks, KPIs as well as key learnings.
• Participate in brainstorms to generate strategic, creative ideas and fuel communications programs.
• Advocate for the brand on social media, including but not limited to: posting, engaging with the brand social media posts, and engaging with brand partners/advocates/friends of the brand.

You are:

• Obsessed with social media and influencers
• Able to forge strong relationships

You have:

• 1 year of experience in influencers/social/Public Relations/communications or a related field
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively- thrives in a fast-paced always changing environment
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasker and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: $55K-$65K
