The role :
You will be responsible for optimizing business processes and operations by providing warehouse management system support, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), standard operating procedure (SOP) leadership, continuous improvement, product management, and more.
What you’ll do :
In an environment where product innovation, responsible beauty, and customer proximity are high priorities, Clarins focuses its efforts on its digital growth and on the transformation of its back-office. The position of Manager, Business Process Optimization will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by supporting process owners in linking projects to strategic operational objectives, introducing new business processes to the organization, providing input towards strategic decisions affecting Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations, and resolving escalating issues arising from operations.
- Become the INFOR Warehouse Management System (WMS) Subject Matter Expert & Super User, conduct root cause analysis, and provide thought leadership for usage of available tools.
- Conduct & oversee the in-depth analysis of existing workflows; utilize flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes identifying risks & opportunities.
- Draft SOPs for various business functions, conduct Kaizen events and present enhancement requests to IT & contractors to ensure full utilization of technologies.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture within the organization by prioritizing opportunities and execution of a transformation strategy and metrics.
- Identify best practices within and outside the company while serving as a channel for best practice sharing and adoption across business units.
