Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain based in Orangeburg, NY.
The role:
You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining inventories at the proper level and maximizing revenues while optimizing the use of cash.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where product innovation, responsible beauty, and customer proximity are high priorities, Clarins focuses its efforts on digital growth and on the transformation of its back-office. The position of Supply Chain Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by contributing directly to the generation of competitive advantages in terms of increased customer service, product availability, and lower operating costs.
- Identify, collaborate, and work towards improving inefficiencies in the supply chain in tandem with business unit members and Logistics/Supply Chain colleagues.
- Under the supervision of the Director, Supply Chain, assist in item creation in M3 and AS400, catalogue management, monitor the accuracy of the product master data, and provide visibility on product availability on promos and continue to follow up as necessary until the promotion is executed – Warehouse/Customer Services/Sales Admin & Marketing.
- Assist Senior Director, Supply Chain in meeting preparation for monthly Marketing/Sales meetings; provide review of next three months of Promo calendar – Launch Summaries and Project Briefs.
- Monitor inventory level and weekly inventory concern (OOS, Low Inventory).
- Support the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You are:
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset

- Detail-oriented, with an ability to multitask and prioritize
You have:
- 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics (beauty of CPG preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Supply Chain/Logistics
- Advanced excel skills; demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets to produce reporting that is intuitive and easy in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, advanced formulas, queries, data analysis)
- Experience in INFOR suite or Supply Chain Planning integrated tools (DMP, M3, SCM…) is a plus
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings to drive actions and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical issues as well as system challenges
- Ability to read, write, and understand English required

Salary: $61,600 - $77,000
