Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist with enrollment processes and provide information about classes and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize communication skills to effectively engage with clients in person and over the phone.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless flow of information regarding classes and events.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting upcoming classes and events to potential clients.

Qualifications
