Job Description
We are currently seeking a person to help our growing technology business. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, hard-working professional. Must be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. Above all else, you must me able to learn quickly and be open to new job duties as they arise. Position is full time. Hours required are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Routing of incoming phone calls and emails
- Workign with customers and vendors, providing general information
- Invoicing / Billing duties
- Assist office personnel with daily job functions
Knowledge of the following is a plus but not required
- Invoicing/Billing Software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc)
- General computer knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google products
Other Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Desire to learn new skills in the field of computers and IT
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift heavier pounds
- Must be able to be climb stairs and be on your feet, sometimes all day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
