This role is perfect for someone with a hunter mindset—passionate about researching, identifying, and recruiting high-level attendee buyers for our suite of events. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the right decision-makers are present, making each event a success.
Who You Are:
- A natural hunter and gatherer of information—curious, resourceful, and persistent.
- A strong communicator with a strong Sales or Recruitment skillset
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
- Experienced in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development (preferred but not required).

How you’ll make an impact:
- Research & Outreach – Identify and engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers in key industries.
- Recruitment & Enrollment – Drive attendance by securing qualified delegates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Relationship Management – Build and nurture relationships with potential attendees, understanding their business needs and matching them to relevant events.
- Database Management – Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align delegate recruitment with event goals and target industries.
