Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible.
- Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records.
- Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers
Qualifications:
- Plumbing experience a plus but will train the right person
- Mechanically Inclined and Possess a Basic Knowledge of Plumbing
- Be Coachable – Willing to Learn and Grow
- Be an Active Listener & Effective Communicator
- Possess Problem Solving Skills / Prioritization Abilities
