- Compensation: $18-25/HR based on licensing and years of experience plus additional opportunities for compensation!
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems & boilers
- Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
- Submit proper documentation of the work performed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
- Boiler experience highly preferred
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
- Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction/oversight
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
