Primary Job Functions :
Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of needs and expectations as it pertains to general plumbing in-home service calls.
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of plumbing fixtures or utilities in residential and commercial settings.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems & boilers
Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
Adhere to all safety and quality codes
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair / replacement, etc.
Colorado Plumbing license highly preferred but not required along with a strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
Boiler experience (service, maintenance, and install) highly preferred.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting
Self-starter with strong work ethic.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
Must pass drug and background screens
Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
