Job Summary
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.
Skills

Pay: $8.50 - $9.50 per hour
