Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the restaurant located within our hotel. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, managing daily operations, and leading a dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, and customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping track of budgets.
• Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless service for hotel guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
