Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
- Process payments and manage billing procedures accurately.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
