Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain organized front desk operations and ensure all areas are clean and welcoming.
- Assist with phone inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for guest interactions.
- Basic knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not required.
