Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or hotel settings. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and residents.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Carry out custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure proper floor care by using appropriate cleaning methods for different surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial services and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
