Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Clarion Inn in North Haven, CT. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring an enjoyable stay for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of ballroom, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries in public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed to maintain inventory of clean linens and towels.
- Assist in the Banquet center for set up and break down of events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during cleaning processes.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
