We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established standards.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Assist with the cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards.
- Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hospitality setting.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
