Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes - Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - Bilingual language skills (if applicable to the location) - Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
