We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, including coffee stations and food displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or requests.
- Assist with food service tasks, including meat cutting when necessary.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards.
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
