Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets - Restock and replenish amenities, towels, and linens in guest rooms - Ensure all areas of the room are clean and tidy, including bathrooms and common areas - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests - Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally Skills: - Experience in floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus - Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is an asset Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
