As a Clarion Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

Supervisor responsibilities include training security offers in proper security measures, performing site inspections and equipment inspections to confirm that the grounds and gear are all up to safety standards without the need for repair, and providing customer service to customers or guests that may require assistance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to Stanton, TN for work
• Requires 1-2 years of security experience. 6 months-1year of supervisor experience. Supervisor experience in the security field a plus
• Driving position: Must possess and valid driver's license and be a minimum of 25 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Deep digital understanding
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology

• Be or obtain Taser certifications (Company Paid)

• Provide detailed reports to Client on a daily and weekly basis.
