Our AI agents automate complex workflows end-to-end, freeing staff to focus on patient care. We are an in-person company based in New York.

The reality of healthcare today: clinics miss 30-40% of inbound calls due to staffing shortages, while patients struggle to connect with providers. We've built AI agents that handle scheduling, billing, prescription refills, and more—serving tens of thousands of patients monthly.

Our clinician-led founding team combines healthcare operations expertise with technical excellence. Dr. Ryan Gallagher, our CEO, is a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician from the founding teams of Two Chairs and Ophelia (YC W20). Jeffrey Lamothe, our CTO, worked on voice AI at Amazon Alexa and led AI/ML projects at Salesforce and Citi's AI lab.

What You'll Be Working On

• Build intuitive interfaces for healthcare staff to monitor AI interactions with patients
• Create self-serve features that enable customers to configure and customize generative AI agents
• Create features that make it simpler for clinics to handle patient messages and coordinate care
• Design clear charts and reports that show how well the AI agents are performing
• Quickly iterate with customers to understand their needs and improve their product experience
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years experience building products that users love
• Good knowledge of React, TypeScript, and tools for making responsive websites
• Comfortable using Figma to create and refine designs with the team
• Experience building complex web apps that are simple for professionals to use
• Excited to work in our New York office and collaborate in person with the team and healthcare users

• First Chat (15min) [Virtual]: A casual conversation about the role and your experience to see if there's a good initial fit.
• Experience Review (30min) [Virtual]: We'll talk about your technical background and the projects you're most proud of building.
• Technical Assessment (1hr) [Virtual]: Solve a practical coding problem with our CTO in your preferred programming language.
• Team Day (Half-day) [In-Person]: Visit our New York office to meet the team, collaborate on real engineering challenges, and see if we're a good match for each other.
