How you will do it:
- Support the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and related policies.
- Assist with Plant compliance with Federal and State employment and Labor Laws.
- First point of contact for hourly employees.
- Conduct investigations for employee relation issues.
- May influence and make recommendations to management.
- Maintain required documentation, including electronic documentation, supporting Affirmative Action, Attendance, Vacation, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation using standardized onboarding material.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as a human resources generalist in a manufacturing environment.
