As the Mobile Patient Care Manager, you will be a driving force behind this mission overseeing operations of our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).
In this role, you'll oversee mobile clinic operations, coordinate services with community partners, and act as a trusted advocate for patients. Whether managing schedules, supervising volunteers, or ensuring quality care, you'll be at the heart of our mission to serve underserved communities.
Role: Mobile Patient Care Manager
Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00/hour
Location: Throughout Los Angeles County (Homebase: Lynwood)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Mobile Medical Unit, including scheduling
appointments, coordinating site visits, and maintaining patient records.
- Lead advocacy, case management, and resource referral efforts to meet patients' needs
holistically.
- Train and oversee mobile clinic staff, volunteers, and patient advocates.
- Conduct community outreach, representing Claris at events, tours, and partner
meetings.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards.
- Maintain clinic statistics for grant reports and organizational metrics.

- Medical Assistant or phlebotomy skills are a plus but not required.
