Position Summary
As a Project Consultant, you will be acting as the first point of contact for the Client Service team on all types of Campaign Execution projects – Email, Social and Display campaigns – and guiding them through the planning and proposal phase. This includes advising the Client Service team and clients on capabilities, procedures, and audience solutions. You will also help facilitate quote requests, document project requirements, and manage the transition of projects from the planning stage to Project Management and the execution phase.
Primary Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with Client Service and the larger Campaign Execution team to compile information and recommend the best solution for the client’s business problem.
- You will interpret and document client requirements to develop clear project specifications.
- You will become an expert at communicating technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and the team in our quest for continuous and innovative process improvement.
- You will learn how Claritas’ core products and processes can be used to improve our clients’ business performance.
Qualifications
Skills, Education and Experience
Required:
- 3 years professional experience or equivalent.
- Ability to facilitate group discussions internally as well as externally with clients and vendors.
- Initiative-taking with a positive attitude and professional communication skills.
- Ability to concisely document complex processes in a clear intuitive manner, with attention to detail.
- Passion for solving problems and leading in process improvements.
- Passion for managing multiple challenges and making a difference.
- Desire to work independently within a strong team environment.
- Proactive and well-organized critical thinker.
- Willingness to learn about Claritas products and services as they evolve and when new ones come to market.
- Excellent ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly preferred:
- Knowledge of Claritas core products and services.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and sales automation tools such as Salesforce.
- Basic understanding or exposure to digital marketing.
