The salary range for this position is $100K to $105K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Job Summary

Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Meet and work with Product Owners, Scrum teams, subject matter experts, business sponsors, end-users, and others as necessary to perform assignments related to AI and generative AI projects.
- Assist Product Owner with Backlog maintenance, User Story refinement, and prioritization for AI-driven features.
- Lead requirements discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into AI user stories, diagrams, and other deliverables as needed.
- Assist the team as needed to complete AI-related stories and with troubleshooting problems and developing AI-driven recommendations/solutions.
- Maintain AI Product Documentation as needed.
- Participate in Scrum Agile events and other agile activities, focusing on AI project integration.
- Participate in the Business Analysis Community of Practice, with a focus on AI and generative AI methodologies.
- Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders, particularly in the context of AI projects.
- Support training development for end users and staff members on AI tools and technologies.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments, leveraging AI insights.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s core values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)
- Minimum 2 years experience in analysis and design on AI software development initiatives in an analyst role (preferably within a Scrum Agile team). Experience in Agile methodologies and requirements gathering and management practices such as BDD.
- Knowledge of Agile knowledge management tools such as JIRA and Confluence preferred.
- Must have basic understanding of AI/ML-driven analytics, predictive modeling, or AI-assisted decision-making in healthcare. Understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, AI ethics in healthcare) and how it impacts AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate AI-ML concepts into business-friendly language.
- Must have knowledge of business process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidcharts, Draw.io preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning, and technical skills.
- Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous AI initiatives, including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities for self and staff as business needs dictate.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
- Ability to be flexible and creative in problem-solving and identifying AI-driven process improvements.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mindset.
- Ability to recognize and apply business analysis and system analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 equivalent years of related experience. Business Analyst related certificates highly preferred!
