Job Summary

Job Role And Responsibilities
- Ensure system reliability - getting systems back to steady-state as quickly as possible.
- Automate wherever possible - reduce toil.
- Configure monitoring and logging of systems in order to obtain better visibility.
- Help design processes that automatically evaluate system SLA.
- Be proactive, identify and remediate issues before SLAs are violated.
- Driving better cross-team collaboration - work with Product development team, DevOps group and Operations.
- Debug applications to find root cause of the issues.
Job Skills Requirement
- 4 years progressive software systems programming experience, at least 2 of which should involve experience utilizing Python.
- Problem solving & analytics skills.
- Courage to learn new programming languages and technologies.
- Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc).
- SQL & NoSQL Databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc).
- Experience in utilizing Cloud services and best practices in deploying and maintaining applications in Cloud (Azure/AWS/OCI).
- Containers, Kubernetes, Docker.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in dealing with monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana
- Computer related Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in software development
- API Gateways.
- Application security.
- HTML/CSS/Javascript.
