JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join us in building the next generation data analytics platform and maintaining the existing products and services used by thousands of companies. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in Bedford, MA or Naperville, IL office twice a week!

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Research, construct, develop, and test computer application software or systems.
• Analyze users’ needs and design software as necessary.
• Maintain computer applications software and systems and debug as problems arise.
• Evaluate new and existing software to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects as assigned and interact with all areas of the organization to achieve timely results.
• Consult with customers on project status and advise customer about technical issues.
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s core values.

Job Scope

You will work under supervision to construct and develop somewhat complex programming systems to support customers’ application systems, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work is varied with moderate complexity, requiring a moderate level of independent judgment within established guidelines.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $95K to $100K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant/related field and 1 year of software systems programming experience.
• Must have React JS, Java, REST API, and SQL experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Hibernate is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Experience with unit testing is a plus.
