Clarity ABA, a local BCBA-owned private practice, provides assent-based, in-home ABA services across Western Massachusetts. We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or experienced Behavior Technicians (1 year of professional ABA experience) to join our energetic and passionate team.
ABA Master’s students completing fieldwork are encouraged to apply!

Your Schedule for this In Home ABA position:
Full-time (30 hours/week): Sessions scheduled Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-time (10-20 hours/week): flexible schedules available
✅ No weekends required!
✅ Work in children's homes, childcare centers, and schools. We do NOT have an ABA clinic.
Your Role:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy through play-based, compassionate care
Receive high quality training and supervision
Follow detailed behavior support plans
Collect behavioral data & write professional session notes
Collaborate with parents, teachers, caregivers, and BCBAs
Maintain child safety with proactive and responsive behavioral supports

Priority given to RBTs. Non-RBTs must obtain certification within 6 months.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be ready to:
Lift up to 50 lbs
Sit, stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and move quickly to ensure safety throughout the day
Engage in active, play-based interactions with children
