As our Maintenance Worker, you will be to enrich the living environments for the Members we serve.
- Perform remodeling and/or maintenance of Agency property or rentals, including facilities, vehicles and Offices.
- Primary duties include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, lawn care/landscaping, snow removal, fire detection and sprinklers, and vehicle repair/maintenance, among others.
- Ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with various building, fire, AFH, CBRF and other applicable codes.
- Complete all required documentation that pertains to Maintenance work orders required by Clarity Care.
- Participate in On Call rotation.
- Act as a fill in driver when deemed necessary by Supervisor.
- Assist with inventory delivery to various facilities.
- Assist with snow plowing various facility locations as needed.
