Clarity Care is seeking a Relationship Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying targets, and executing campaigns and initiatives designed to build relationships with patients and referral sources to generate new business and maximize referrals from existing sources, consistent with clinical appropriateness and the best interest of patients.
Responsibilities
- Take initiative to provide excellent service to patients, families, referral sources and other team members.
- Earn the trust of referral sources, team members, patients, and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring clinicians and their office staff.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns designed to maximize referrals from existing sources and develop new sources, including patient self-referral.
- Facilitate engagement between UIC physicians and outside referring clinicians.
- Build and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system, including tracking of all contacts with referring clinicians, opportunities, results and related expenditures.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify target audiences.
- Lead production of sales and marketing collateral and content
- Manage websites and social media accounts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Represent UIC and/or Clarity Care at public events, including lead generation activities and follow up including tracking return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively contribute innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with UIC leadership to manage and allocate the marketing budget.
- Track and report return on investment from all significant marketing expenditures and campaigns.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will be able to engage in clinical conversations, and be familiar with the local referring clinician market and basic sales tactics. Prior experience in health care sales or marketing is preferred.
