POSITION SUMMARY
Provide phone-based behavioral health intervention for emergent and non-emergent incoming calls, provide for the support of the coordinating team in area relating to referral/assessment/admission, and care coordination. Involve the provision of education, prevention and intervention services.
EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in social sciences field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
One to two years'€™ experience in behavioral health/ mental health setting preferred
Excellent listening and communication skills
Basic computer skills: Electronic Medical Record skills
Bilingual preferred
Clinical license preferred (i.e., RN, BSW, LMSW, LCSW, LPC etc.)
