What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Technician Night Shift (11pm-7am) Full-Time position at Clarity Child Guidance Center?
Please note: Clarity Child Guidance Center highly encourages all staff to receive the COVID vaccine. Those that choose to opt from taking the vaccine, will be required to fill out an exemption form and mask at all times while on campus.
KNOWLEDGE/EXP: Candidates must possess a HS diploma or GED and have a minimum of 1-3 years working with children, preferably in a psychiatric setting. Some college is desirable.
SUMMARY: Provide for the monitoring and assisting of patients with activities of daily living and provide role modeling behavior. Appropriately support and implement the Center’s Treatment Philosophy of Respect, Dignity, and Understanding when caring for the patient. Must demonstrate initiative, care and attitude conducive to effective functioning for the therapeutic milieu. Expected to learn the basic knowledge and skills for Collaborative Problem Solving.
