We're seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.
Location : (On-Site) Clarity Clinic Arlington Heights - 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005
Schedule : Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (with one hour break).
In this role, you will :
- Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA / LSW / AMFT / LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP / PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.
- Support Program Therapist that run IOP / PHP groups, who also provide 1 : 1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
- Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT / CBT skills-based groups.
- Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
- Document all necessary information in our EMR / EHR platform (Advanced MD).
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
