Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers : Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.
In this role you, you will :
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children / adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
- Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time / Full Time optional)
- Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals / plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic's mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.
