In this role, you will :

As an Advanced Practice Provider (PA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics.

You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits.

Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.

Strong communication and empathy.

Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies.

Prescribe and manage medication regimes.

Minimum Requirements :

Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion.

Board Certification (NCCPA)

Current State of IL PA License

Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).

Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration / License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
