Clarity Clinic is a 5-location interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric PA's, Psychologist (Post Docs), and Therapists. Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care. We are seeking to add Clinical Therapists (LSW/LPC) to our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offers the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness and a balanced personal and professional lifestyle. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care in psychiatry, psychotherapy and much more. In this role, you will:
- This role is a non-paid Intern role, providing opportunties for clinicial training and the ability to interview for and attain a Therapist I role with Clarity Clinic.
- Learn the operational process, metrics and clinical standards of an Outpatient Group practice setting.
- Gain an understanding of case conceptualization, Intake process, and utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to an array of populations and acuity levels.
- Provide and document the provision of services, assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization.
- Participate in multidisciplinary groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes
- Provide clinical services required by special programs and projects.
- Meet defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Promote, supports and demonstrates Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 1-2 years prior experience in a clinical setting.
- Licensed Social worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - eligible.
- Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:
- Family-focused therapy
- Multi-systemic therapy
- CBT | DBT | ACT
- EMDR (must be certified)
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
Education:
- Masters (Required)
