Instructional Designer (Leadership Training) - 100% Virtual

We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to revamp four leadership development programs by aligning them with new branding guidelines and enhancing their storytelling and visual appeal. The ideal consultant will have expertise in instructional design, content development, and branding, with the ability to transform existing materials (such as PowerPoint decks) into polished, engaging workbooks and learning assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and standardize content across four leadership programs to ensure brand consistency.
• Enhance storytelling elements to make the learning experience more engaging and cohesive.
• Convert existing PowerPoint materials into aesthetically appealing and well-structured workbooks.
• Ensure all learning materials align with the organization's new branding strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and branding requirements.
• Maintain consistency across programs to present them as a unified, strategic initiative.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 to 4 months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Experience in instructional design, content development, or learning experience design.
• Strong storytelling and visual design skills.
• Strong background in branding and content standardization for learning programs.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Must have experience creating leadership training
• Experience creating workbooks and other learning support materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A background check is required for the selected consultant
• Must be able to share a portfolio or work samples

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
