Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is launching a new brand and identity training initiative and is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with strong graphic design skills and project management experience to bring their vision to life. This highly visual, interactive eLearning module will serve as a flagship for a broader training rollout-and success on this initial project could lead to a long-term partnership. The client has already developed a blueprint for the course, and the selected consultant will be responsible for translating that into an engaging, on-brand digital learning experience using Evolve. The final product must be polished, innovative, and aligned with the client's new brand voice. This is not your typical healthcare training-they are seeking fresh, unbiased perspectives and creative energy.

Consultants must be available to meet with the client the week of 4/21 to discuss their proposal and showcase relevant work samples. Proposal should outline:
Start Date: First week of May, 2025
Duration: 4 weeks with potential for extension
Work Hours: Flexible schedule; weekly hours to be determined based on consultant estimates
Location: 100% Remote
Travel Requirements: None
The pay range is $60 to $65 per hour on an independent contractor basis and is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.

- Translate blueprint content into a compelling, highly visual eLearning module
- Design within Evolve while maintaining adherence to brand identity guidelines
- Ensure the training is interactive, visually dynamic, and aligns with the tone of the company ("a dinner party you want to attend")
- Incorporate quality assurance and user testing protocols; help design and implement a pilot QA test with a small audience
- Collaborate with SMEs and conduct independent research to enhance content
- Provide expert guidance on instructional design best practices and project delivery
- Participate in client meetings, including presenting a proposal and samples the week of 4/21
- Senior-level Instructional Design - Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery
- Strong Project Management - Capable of independently managing timelines and deliverables
- High-End Graphic Design - Exceptional visual design skills to create aesthetically impactful learning
- Confident, consultative, and able to guide stakeholders on best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Brings innovative ideas and creative energy to the table
- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflow (as applicable)
- Does not have healthcare experience - preferred for an unbiased approach
- Evolve (required)
- Synthesia (preferred - client is in the process of acquiring licenses)
