Training Facilitator

Facilitator for “Executive Presence” Training (3-Hour ILT), Miami, FL

Our financial client is seeking a skilled and experienced communications and leadership development Facilitator to deliver a 3-hour in person (ILT) course on Executive Impact/Presence as follows:

• 1 session in Miami in April (date and time TBD)
• 1 session in Miami in May (date and time TBD)
• 1 session in Miami in June (date and time TBD)

The training audience will consist of ~25 employees at various levels of the organization. The client will provide all training materials and Facilitator prep will consist of reviewing the training materials and a video of the course delivery by a company employee, a virtual walkthrough and Q&A with the client, and performing a dry run of a short portion of the training for the client.

The training will cover how to develop/increase “executive presence” including the following:

• Better communication
• Influencing skills
• Polish and presentation
• Building credibility
• Showing confidence
• Decision-making
• Self-awareness
• Authenticity

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Instructional Technologies, Education, Organizational Development, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10 years’ experience in learning and development and knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices, and current trends.
• 5 years of in person training facilitation experience for large corporations related to communications, leadership development, persuasion, presentation, etc.
• Consultant must provide their own laptop (Training Coordinator will provide tech support).
• Must be professional, highly intelligent, collaborative, able to be concise when needed, and comfortable in fast paced environments.
• Must have exceptional skills facilitating classroom training on complex topics.
• Must be comfortable guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and managing group dynamics.
• Strong ability to tailor approach to meet varied participant needs and ensure a productive and inclusive training session.
• Open to background check if required.
• Seeking Facilitator local to the SF Bay Area region.

Dates: Training Prep will be on March 10th and 24th with the 31st as an optional day (if needed). There will be one delivery each month in April, May, and June with dates to be set based on Facilitator availability.

Location: Training will be delivered in person in Miami, FL.

Compensation: $2,500-$2,700 per training session.
