As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will receive extensive classroom training, virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship to become fully equipped as an expert in the industry and our organization. What you’ll be doing As a Customer Service & Sales Representative:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage the customer
What you bring to the table:
- Six months of previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, management, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- High School Diploma
