We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Audio-Visual Account Sales Manager to join our team at Clarity. This role is all about managing and growing existing accounts while delivering top-tier service. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, fostering teamwork, communicating effectively, and paying attention to the details that matter most to our clients.
The ideal candidate is creative, solution-oriented, and thrives on achieving results through grit and perseverance. You should be an excellent conversationalist and networker, confident in connecting with people in person, through video calls, or during presentations. This role requires translating clients’ visions into compelling, creative visual concepts, conducting site visits, developing proposals, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and trust.
- Conduct in-person site visits, develop creative visual proposals, and present concepts to clients.
- Prepare detailed quotes and manage all aspects of client communication.
- Collaborate with the operations team to execute live and virtual event solutions seamlessly.
- Stay organized and efficient, juggling multiple projects and client interactions daily.
- Regularly attend client events to foster relationships and provide support.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proposal Development :
As part of Clarity’s sales team, you’ll work with software and graphics to create visually compelling proposals that set us apart. Preparation is key—whether it’s for a pitch, demo, or follow-up—your attention to detail and dedication will drive success.
Technology Expertise :
This role requires the ability to simplify complex technological concepts and deliver actionable advice to clients. You should have a deep understanding of live and virtual event technologies and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at their level of technical understanding.
