RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day scheduling of new homes from start to finish and all the details.
- Running multiple homes at one time
- Handling all communication with our clients as well as trades and vendors
- OSHA and environmental regulations on each job as well as other contracted lots in your designated building area
- Delivering and maintaining quality control of our homes on a day-to-day basis
- Scheduling homeowner walk throughs, finishing items, warranty in your area as well as being the face of the company for the area
Required Qualifications/Skillset:
- Dependable vehicle and cell phone
- Good track record of customer service and performance
- College degree
- Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and iPad use
- 1-3 years experience in residential construction
- Time management skills
- Organized and independent
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude, appearance, and presentation
