Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations within a retail setting, ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly environment.
- Support, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain retail store presentation standards, including product displays.
- Collaborate with management on team performance and sales strategies.
