Your Role as Medical Assistant:
As our Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. You will work closely with our providers to deliver top-notch care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support: Prepare patients for various aesthetic procedures, assist providers during treatments, and provide detailed post-care instructions and support.
- Patient Management: Efficiently manage patient scheduling, accurately maintain electronic medical records (EMR), and proactively coordinate follow-up appointments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Scribing & Documentation: Act as a scribe during patient consultations and treatments, meticulously documenting all pertinent information in the EMR to ensure comprehensive and accurate records.
- Patient Experience Champion: Create a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for every patient. Proactively address patient needs, answer questions, and ensure their comfort and confidence throughout their journey with Clarity Medical Aesthetics.
What You Need to Succeed:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Active and Valid Medical Assistant Certification required for consideration.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology, basic clinical procedures, and demonstrable experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and positive approach to daily tasks.
- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medical practice is highly desirable but not essential.
